Hello, I'm trying to add a new user but I'm encountering this message: "Unable to add access as there are no default groups for JIRA. Please contact support." I have never had any issues adding any of our other users until this one. How can I fix this?

Hi Rachelle,

There is a bug registered for this issue already.

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-43794

There is a workaround published on this document.

Workaround
Remove *jira-users* group from the *JIRA Administrators* global permission

Regards.
