What is the process for importing issues via .csv? What column headers do I need to have?

We are using the cloud based version of Jira, and I am needing to reliably import Asana tasks and subtasks into Jira without breaking the parent/child relationship and bringing over any tags as labels. I want to do a .csv import and want to ensure I have all the fields mapped correctly. Any help would be much appreciated.
