What is the most easy way to migrate a team-managed project to a company-based ?

Define what you mean by "easy".

You can use the Move Issue function to move issues from a Team Managed project to a Company Managed project, but you are going to lose data.

Other options would be to export the Team Managed project issues to a CSV file and then import that CSV file to create issues in the Company Managed project. You would then be able to map data from TM project custom fields to comparable fields in the CM project. But you would lose all the Activity History of the original issue.

And if the TM project has been utilizing Scrum and Sprints, in both methods you are going to lose all the historic information on those sprints.

You might want to instead consider moving only issues that have had no activity so far and creating any new issues in the CM project, while closing out any in progress issues in the TM project.
