What is the most cost-effective and efficient way to migrate a project from Digital.ai to Jira Cloud

I am researching different methods for migrating a Project from digital.ai to Jira Cloud:

.csv export (from digital.ai) and import (to Jira Cloud); however, this would not account for attachments, screenshots, etc.

Does anyone have experience (success) w/ this?

Hi @Jeffrey B Peterlin ,

you can in fact use CSV to import attachments. This article should tell you everything (?) you need to know to import via CSV. My strong recommendation is to perform trial imports (single issues) until you get it right and then save the config file. Then try a sample (maybe 10 issues) using the configuration file. Be prepared for a good days work 😉
