Hi @Nicolas Hoyos and welcome to the Community!

You don't need an app to download Jira data into csv. The functionality is built-in. When you navigate to filters > advanced issue search you can search for a list of issues. This list can be exported from the top right corner of your screen:

There are marketplace apps available that enhance the built-in experience. If you need those often depends on how often you export data and what you want to do with it.
