What is the difference between a trusted user and a product admin?

Thanks for reaching out to Community!
The only difference between a Jira administrator and a Trusted user is that the trusted user can invite users.
Both will have access to Cog icon > System, Products, Projects, Issues, Apps.
The difference in the UI for the Trusted user is that when they click on "Switch to" they will see the option "Administration".
Jira administrators: can manage Jira settings.
Trusted users: can manage Jira settings + Invite users.

I’m not exactly sure the definition of a “product” admin but a trusted user can admin most everything except access the Administration site associated with your cloud instance where one admins users, billing, etc.
