What is the cheapest way to link an outlook email a jira ticket?

I am using Outlook part M365 for business. What is the cheapest way to put / link an email to a jira ticket?

If you're using the Outlook program and not Outlook on the web, you can drag and drop messages from the item list in Outlook to a Jira issue. That will attach the .msg file to Jira.

The .msg format may not suit you, since opening those messages without Outlook installed requires additional software. This has been discussed for years and I'm not aware of any perfect solution.

If that concerns you, you can "print" the email as a PDF file and attach it in that format.
