What is the best way to connect to Microsoft Power Automate for Notifications?

Ideally, I would like to create a task when Jira issues are assigned to me. I don't see a connector/template in Microsoft that would do that specifically. The ones I see create a task every time an issue is created but I don't want issues assigned to other people. Has anyone automated something like this? Or is it necessary to avoid Microsoft altogether and do notifications outside of it forcing another place to track tasks? Thanks.
