What is the best version of Jira to upgrade to from 7.6.2? Any tips on doing the upgrade? Issues?

We will be upgrading Jira and are currently on 7.6.2.  I would like to upgrade to the most current version, but am wondering if there are any issues in doing so.   Or anything I should be aware of when doing this.

Hi @Alicia Olson-Gwaro ,
