What is the best Jira tool for framework to weigh and prioritize potential product enhancements?

I am looking to establish a Jira board with some methodology to help prioritize the different directions we could take our product development. Is there an add-on to assign weights across different categories (quality, regulatory, features, integrations, UI/UX, etc)?

We use Jira today for product dev team and I'm looking for a tool that helps navigate the strategy and direction that can then be passed to the product dev team boards.
