What is the best 3rd party app to do detailed/dynamic project scheduling?

Hello,
We have a need for dynamic / detailed project scheduling in Jira, similar to what we're able to achieve in MS Project.
We're going to test the Ceptah Bridge to sync MS Project with Jira, but were looking for a Jira addin or 3rd party tool to allow it all to be done in one tool.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. We are looking to become more Agile, but it's years away, and need to be able to support Waterfall projects and ALL projects with some dynamic / detailed scheduling.
Thoughts? Is this possible in Jira?
