What is the Jira Webhook IP address used to trigger a Jenkins Build?

I have created a Jira Webhooks:
https://my-jenkins-url/jira-trigger-webhook-receiver/
and follow these steps in the following link,
https://github.com/jenkinsci/jira-trigger-plugin
but my Jenkins job was not triggered.
I think I needed to whitelist the Jira Webhook trigger source.
What is the Jira Webhook IP address used to trigger a Jenkins Build?
