What is needed to view the backlog?

I currently have 2 projects where the same user is set up only under the "Users" role.  In 1 project, the user is able to view the backlog.  In the 2nd project, they can't.  What could I be missing in the setup of the 2nd project that would explain why the user can't see the backlog?

Thank you!

Dear @kdukic,

This can have two reasons:

  1. the user has not the permission to see the agile board of 2nd project. Therefore go to 'config board' of the 2nd project's board and have a look on the 'general' tab. Does the user have rights for the project named at 'Shares'?
  2. the 2nd project has a different permission scheme than 1st project. Means that the project role "user" is not mapped to at least the permission "browse project".

So long

Thomas
