Hi @rani 

Issue Collectors allow you to embed a Jira feedback form into a website. 

Website users can access the form using a trigger (like a tab on the edge of the page) - and then populate the form to provide feedback.

For example, you could use it to collect feedback on a website's design, a product or bugs which impact the website's usability.

Once the feedback is submitted, it is created as an issue within Jira.
