What is an easy way to copy all steps of a test cycle directly into a word document?

I don't want to have to copy each step individually into the word document so I was wondering if there was a free way to copy all steps to a word document without having to buy a plugin.

The fields you are referring to is an add-on provided by a third-party developer (Zephyr) and I don't think it has any way to export it into a word document without using a plugin, at least not on JIRA.
