What increments of time are in the project data export - Original Estimate, Time Spent, Time Left.

What increments of time are in the project data export - Original Estimate, Time Spent, Time Left.

I'm exporting the project data to run a pivot that shows original estimate, Time Spent and time remaining. I am getting values like 180420

What increment of time is that? Seconds? Minutes? or hoursminutesseconds - hhmmss?

Seconds. Use excel to convert as desired
