What if I manage more than one project?

My question is when connecting to Jira Cloud for Sheets he asks me to select which projects to connect

My question is what if I want to connect several different projects and get information about all the projects to present data and graphs comparing the information?

so in Excel I can simply enter the JQL w/o the need to select project....
