Hi All,
I am all new to the world of JIRA and about to do my first version upgrade. Can you tell me what happens to the SLA while Jira is being upgraded? I am not sure how long this will take and would like to do if the SLA will carry on running or if they will be suspended while JIRA is upgrading.

Your question was labeled as Jira Software but I think you're asking about Jira Service Desk, right?
Anyway, SLAs will keep running unless you defined a paused condition and transition the issues to the paused condition.
