What happens to filters when projects are removed?

Are the filters available even after removing the projectss?

Project related filters can be saved with the project name or project key. So, when the project is deleted, the filter will not be able find the project name and/or key, and this filter will return nothing.

Yes, but will be broken if they use the deleted projects.
