As part of a community lead support structure we are looking to remove our help articles from Confluence and store them within a new system.
However what happens within the main search box and after the "title" text box on a request form if there are no articles in Confluence?
Does JIRA SD account for this and no unnecessary padding is added? Or would it display empty boxes?
@[deleted] If the service desk is not associated with a Confluence space it will not display anything as an individual enters information.
@Brant Schroeder thank you for getting back to me on this, do you by chance have any screenshots of what the search function would look like without any associated confluence space?
