What filter/conditions would allow me to filter issues that have mismatch fix version?

We are using Fix Version to indicate which quarter issues belong to. I would like to create a query that identifies where there is a mismatch with the Fixversion on an Initiative and the fixversion for its Child Links (Epics etc)

Hi @Crystal Lane  -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You cannot do a query like that with out-of-the-box Jira.  

You can probably do this if you have purchased a JQL marketplace add-on, like ScriptRunner.  You can definitely do this using Automation for Jira (free or paid version) to write a rule to perform the check.  Please check in with your site admin to learn if you have either of these options.
