What does CNR mean in the defect resolution, CNR by Design?

The questions is simple, what does CNR stand for?

Not sure, you might want to ask your admins or colleagues why they resolve things with the Canadian National Railway?

That is facetious of course, I know it's not CNR, but I don't have a guess what that CNR means.  It's jargon and obscure.

I suspect someone in your organisation thinks it is clever to use unclear, obscure or pointless acronyms or contractions.  Generally it isn't.  Especially when resolution is a drop-down list and the use of a real word or phrase in plain language (that doesn't make people have to question it) imposes no more load (typing or clicking) than the shortened version.
