Hello Team Jira.
For the Jira Software service, after clicking on Manage subscriptions, selecting the Standard option, then agreeing to terms and services, the "Start trial and continue" tab is unavailable. It seems to be some type of technical glitch.
Kindly advise on how to address this challenge.

Can you share a screen image of what you see?
If you have upgraded your subscription to Standard, why do you expect to see a "Start trial" option?

Thanks @Trudy Claspill Please find attached a picture showing what I see versus what i expected to see from my Udemy training. The 3 options are missing so I am unable to upgraded to standard version. I don't know if this is some type of bug.

In the first image your vertical scroll bar indicates you are at the bottom of the screen, but the screen is actually a pop-up and you are not at the bottom of it.
If you use the Page Down keyboard button while that screen is displayed you should see additional info as shown below.
