How this additional "DONE" comes??...Based on this "Resolution" option can be filtered.
How this actually works
Hey @Deepan V.R
what you are seeing next to the status is the resolution, a field that holds additional information in case it's relevant. As soon as this field is filled, jira recognized the ticket as completed.
In some environments, people are prompted to select a specific value, to destinguish why their work reached the status Done. For example, the issue may not have been approved, work has been cancelled or it is a duplicate.
If you do not have this feature, the workflow is setting this value automatically for you, simply because it's not relevant yet and jira still needs to know that this task was completed.
Hope this exaplanation helped a little 😊
Cheers,
Andrej

Within the default workflows there is a so called postfunction. It always sets the resoltuion to done for you, unless some logic was applied to it. This is a rather advanced thing to do so, therefore i doubt that it's the case in your environment.
Even thought it may seem bothersome, I would not recommend to remove it, unless you are creating a Transition screen that contains the field resolution as a mandatory field.

Hi @Deepan V.R
Yes, it is the resolution field. It was set when issue transitioned to Done status.
