What do people use for progress reporting from Jira

Hi all

We want to drive some high level progress reporting from Jira - are there built in / Plugins that will do this? What do people use?

The sorts of things we want to do is

• Group tickets / issues so that (e.g.) 20 issues are onnly reported as 1 summary line
• Show the date each issue / group entered a workflow stage & how many days it has been in that stage
• Show issues / groups that have been in & out of UAT multiple times
• Add a 1-line status / progress summary to each issue / group

I'm looking for optinos at the moment, in the hope we don't need to build something ourselves from the underlying data...

Any suggestions gratefully accepted ..

Hi Bruce,

If you have COnfluence, SQL plugin is really powerful to use custom queries to JIRA.

You can use SQL queries using SQL clients and create reports as well.
