What do i get when i purchase latest Jira version? Do I get everything I need to get my Agile projects going (SCRUM, Kanban)? or do I need to buy something else as well?

If you just buy JIRA Core, you get an issue tracker.

If you want a good set of stuff to help you do Scrum and Kanban, you'll want "JIRA Software". 

(Technically, you could get JIRA Core and add the Software application later, but as you know you want that stuff already, it's easier to start with JIRA Software)
