Heyhey,
my "Jira Cloud subscription has been deactivated due to inactivity" - although I used it just 2 weeks ago AND received a weekly summary email from Atlassian 1 week ago. I have no way to contact support since my URL can't be found (??) ("Sorry, we can't find this Cloud URL"). I shared those lists with a friend (he created them) but he also can't contact them (same reason).
I'm not sure what to do now. And if they can't find it since they deactivated my account.
I also wrote emails and even contacted the social media team in desperation, but I feel absolutely helpless and all my work of the past years is gone forever :(
I'm thankful for any help!

You are probably on a Free subscription, you don't have support opportunities then, as this is stated in the free instance details.
Please raise a subscription reactivation via the Billing and Licensing portal
