We are trying to implement JIRA as a cloud solution for our software company and I was wondering the steps to deploy it and training...

First, decide whether you want Cloud or Server.  If Cloud, then set up a trial, if Server, then install it on your server.  In both cases, add your users and have a play with it to establish how you're going to use it, and help decide what training they need (if any)
