What are the costs of migrating JIRA to the cloud

I would like to know the costs of migrating JIRA and all its plugins and integrated apps to the cloud. 

Where do I find the costs of each plugin?

I searched for 'jira cloud pricing' or 'confluence cloud pricing' (etc) to get the monthly cost per user.  It was also an opportunity to evaluate who had licenses and remove some people who no longer work for the company or haven't been using it.  (we eliminated almost 1/2 our users when we migrated)

You should also be able to find your plugins on the marketplace:

which should give you an idea on costs.  The premium pricing appears to about twice the standard prices, so you can review if you need premium or not.  

I like that the licensing expands/contracts monthly based on users.
