@Narendra Kumar I think Rina mentioned Speedy PDF Sign-Offs for Jira Cloud in the other post where you were asking. It is newer and has some different features.

Take a look at Electronic Signatures app. It enables you to view information on all issue signatures in a separate tab and in Issue glance panel and prevent unauthorized actions on Jira issues.
