I have not been able to find the JIRA Software that introduced Built-in Forms.
I know it was introduced about October 2024.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @TimCook

Welcome to the community

The built in forms feature of Jira Software Can be found in Top ribbon in new UI of Jira and in side panel if you're still on old UI. Attaching screenshot of both

I hope this help you to find the Built in Forms for Jira

Shivam,

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, your response does not answer my question.

Our installation is currently based on JIRA Software server v8.8.  I've seen the Built-in Forms mentioned several community posts, but the release version is never mentioned.

The latest version we can upgrade to is JIRA Software server 9.12.22.

I'm looking for the version of JIRA Software that introduced the built-in forms.

@TimCook Thanks for your clarification.

As you mentioned, you were on Jira software v8.8 (server/data center). The built-in forms feature isn't available yet for the server/data center hosting of the Jira software, as far as I know, and I also checked this out again, and I got the same response.

Although you can use forms in Jira Service Management Data Center/Server by using any marketplace app available for it.
