Welcome Software loop on Tools question

Am I the only one that on the URL:

<your_instance>/welcome/software Screen where shows 'Select the tools you use the most' there's an infinity loop and you cannot skp it?

hmmmm..... so when you say "<your_instance>" does that translate to urcompany.atlassian.net? I attempted to use my Atlassian site plus the /welcome/software as you mentioned but I am simply re-directed to my site. I might suggest accessing Atlassian from another browser and see what happens.
