Weird/ Auto creation of Subtask on Jira Project

We have weird/sudden automatic creation of Architecture subtask from Jira on our Project for everyone that has an assigned Epic. This is weird and we are investigating why this is happening and how this can be resolve.

 

Please anyone with an idea. This is a software issue or a bug from some changes.
