I have followed the instillation instructions and repeated the process over a dozen times. I have repeatedly confirmed administration access on the jira side and the organizational control on the github side.

On the Jira side I can create a new branch in the development tab and it connects to github and correctly creates it, but the jira development tab does not update to show it was created. It does not update and track new jira tagged commits.

On the github side there are no automatically generated webhooks after instillation as there should be.

You have also changed your offerings so much almost all tutorials, even less then a year old are out of date. Most docs reference Github for jira instead of github for altlassian, your application doesn't gracefully handle errors or communicate properly about interoperability errors with github. Almost all errors I have experienced have been silent errors.

There is no explanation as to why I should use Git integration for Jira app instead of github for atlassian.

In old documents it looks like I could manually create a webhook in github with information I gather from the jira application, but all the information is more then 4 months old so everything about the app is completely different, and none of your search function work within the application to lead me in a helpful direction.

I am really unhappy with this product starting out. I now understand that commercial I was spammed on youtube for a year straight where jira is a middle age sloppy white guy and your competitor is a put together person of color.
