We will add data in trail version but please confirm whether the existing data will retained / lapse after we apply the new license?

Your trial data will remain in place unless you let the trial lapse and don't buy. Buying won't change anything in your system apart from the "warning, evaluation licence" message 
Users, issues, projects, everything else, will be untouched.
