@asi , what exactly do you mean by blocked? Are you able to log in? Please share more info and maybe screenshots. Some questions...

did you just create the instance or was it created earlier and it stopped working?
if created earlier and it stopped working it could be that the instance was idle for too long resulting in deactivation.
is anyone able to log in?
