We would like to ask you to unblock our pragmasoft.atlassian.net account. JIRA E-3RK-JZZ-TRM-WSS Confluence E-3TP-7WH-SHP-455. We want to use the free 10 licenses but unfortunately I don't know why they were blocked.

@asi , what exactly do you mean by blocked? Are you able to log in? Please share more info and maybe screenshots. Some questions...

  • did you just create the instance or was it created earlier and it stopped working?
  • if created earlier and it stopped working it could be that the instance was idle for too long resulting in deactivation.
  • is anyone able to log in?
