We would like to ask you to unblock our pragmasoft.atlassian.net account. JIRA E-3RK-JZZ-TRM-WSS Confluence E-3TP-7WH-SHP-455. We want to use the free 10 licenses but unfortunately I don't know why they were blocked.
Hello @Asia Pinkas ,
Good day! Welcome to Atlassian Community :)
I would like to inform you that the Jira and confluence site has been reactivated. Regarding your subscription, the options are to set the site to Free if you intend to only keep 10 users below and dont want to pay for the subscription. Another option is to reach out to your Partner for payment if you want more users.
Thank you
Thank you!:)

In English it says "your subscription has been deactivated." We used it normally until Friday, but today when we tried to log in we got this message and no one can log in. And we can't write to support.

Hello @Asia Pinkas
You can contact Atlassian Billing/Licensing support by completing and submitting the form here:
https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/
If you had signed up for a Standard or Premium subscription and payment for the subscription was not provided then you site could've been deactivated for non-payment. You will need to fix the payment issue before the site can be reactivated.
