We want to allow people to change the priority field if the Fix Version field does not have any value.  If it does have a value, then only a specific group of people can change it.

You can move the priority edit into the workflow, so it becomes a workflow transition instead of an edit.  Then put conditions on the transitions to say "only allow transition if this user is in the group".

Or, if you have the ScriptRunner add-on, you can get a Behaviour to do this.

i have a behavior and i created a behaviour i want to move the priority filed by Gst group if the fix version has the value and if the  fix version not having any value i want another group to edit the priority how it possible
