We use google apps integration, but no one from my company is an Jira administrator

Hi,

We just created an OnDemand evaluation plan, integrated with google apps.

But now, not even the google apps admin is an admin on Jira, so we can't even create a new project.

Can you help us out?

The JIRA Administrator will be the user profile created when setting up your evaluation in my.atlassian.com

Is it possible a different email address was used in the setup process compared to the one being used to access the instance now?

If you are still unsuccessful, let us know at support.atlassian.com and we can confirm the administrator of your account.
