In my project, someone is removed my admin access. How to find out the who is removed my access?

Is there any way to configure the user adding and removing notification?

Please look under JIRA Administration>System>Audit log to see who changed your access.

I am not aware of a way to trigger a notification when administrative actions are performed, but am open to ideas from the Community.

The audit log is off by default, you may need to check that it is turned on.
