Our college paid to renew our license yesterday using a US credit card but as of today the service has not been restored.
We are in the middle of critical release.

I found a place to look up my order but they say they havent received the order... which is weird because I have a receipt. Will keep looking.

I find the status under billing to be "Under Review" - it has been over 24 hours, how long does it take to restore service?

Hi @David Shippen , I've found the billing and licensing ticket you've opened today and escalated its priority internally. Our Customer Advocates team will reach out shortly on the ticket with further information.
