We need to create a scripted field in Jira that is able to check an API response and get a specific value which identifies the correct infrastructure coordinator based on the value provided by the customer.
We first need to setup the following environment to test in the DEV project:
1 . Create a new scripted field in the DEV project called "ABCD".
2. Create a new request type called "XYZ"
3. Add the new field created in step 1 and also add the existing custom field called "1234" which is field customFieldId=0000.
