We need to calculate No. of Stories added/removed/deleted/modified in a Sprint, after start of Sprint.

Is there a way to get these details in Jira or Jira Align, pls. suggest

There is a change request in Atlassian's backlog to provide a way to search for issues added and removed from a sprint.

The information is available in each Sprint's Burndown Chart, but it doesn't look like there is a native report to summarize it.
