We need the field "description" able to be uploaded pictures when we are creating a "bug".

We need the field "description" able to be uploaded pictures when we are creating a "bug".

we need "description" to be like picture1 with tools bar and supporting "picutre upload". It used to work, but somehow now it's like picture 2 when we are creating "bug", only when "creating projects" does it work.

It seems that perhaps your description field has changed from using a Wiki Style Renderer to a Default Text Renderer. You can check it by browsing to Field Configurations (https://<YOUR DOMAIN>/secure/admin/ViewFieldLayouts.jspa) and then the proper Configure link and then the Renderers link for the Description field.
