We need a way to revert this UI

New UI is completely awful.  It's just plain difficult and confusing to use.

At a minimum, we should have the ability to toggle back to the old UI.

My teams will start seeking alternatives to Jira unless this is resolved quickly.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Though your post tags indicate you are using Jira Data Center, I suspect your comment is related to Jira Cloud. Is that correct, or is your comment really about Jira Data Center?

Assuming you are talking about Jira Cloud, I have not seen any indication that Atlassian is entertaining the idea of allowing customers to revert to the previous navigation style. They have published some information about their decision to continue the roll out, and have posted about requesting feedback from end users in a focused research group.

There was an update to the Jira UI and Atlassian was advertising about it.

What is it that you don't like about it? It seems that you are a Cloud user not Data Center. The only time Data Center UI changes is when your admin upgrades it.
