our head office need a form signed for duediligence so we can use a third party software do you have anything standard or can someone sign a form for security?

That's up to you, not the software vendor.  You need to perform whatever your due diligence checks are for yourself.  The problem here is simple - I could write any software I want, to any standard I want and honestly sign a due-diligence form to say it meets a bunch of standards.  Then you install my software in an environment I don't control, tweak the way it works or mis-configure it, and hence go outside the parameters for which my sign-off is valid.

Atlassian will certify their software to some standards, but you'll need to explain exactly what your take on "due diligence" is before they can point you at the information you need.
