We just received a build change in JIRA and as a result, I've lost all my custom filters

I did find the following defect in JIRA:
https://jira.atlassian.com/i#browse/JRA-30675

But it is not clear what is needed to fix the issue. Does this issue require a separate ticket to be put into JIRA to get this fixed? Thank you!

There were only two filters that were "more difficult" While they weren't technically complicated, there were quite a few items in the where clause which takes a while to re-do. I don't need them right away, so I'm okay with putting them back in. I was just looking for an "easy button". :) Thank you!

The mentioned ticket was handled by support and you will have to raise a similar one at https://support.atlassian.comif you need faster resolution.

If you give more details on what the filter was and some more details on the issue, someone in this forum might be able to help.
