We have purchased 4 products from you and I need to know in what order to install them.

We are using Windows Server 2012 R2 with the PostgreSQL 9.6, I installed the Server Software already and when I try to install the Core it says Jira is already installed in the chosen directory, do I choose a different one. Please provide a procedure to follow for correct installation of these 4 products.

Since you have installed Jira Software already you also have Jira Core installed. Jira Software gives you agile functionality, including the ability plan agile work from project backlog to sprint, which you do not get with Jira Core, see JIRA Software Vs JIRA Core : License.

If you installed Jira Software already, then Jira Core is already installed.   Jira Core is a base that all Jira 7 installations will have.   However Jira Core is not always licensed in all installations.   As long as you have either a Jira Software or Jira Service Desk licensed already activated, then you don't technically need to license Jira Core to be able to use Jira itself.

You can still apply a Jira Core license to an existing site though. Since you already have Jira Software installed, you can just apply a Jira Core license to this same site.  You can do this by going to the Cog Icon -> Applications -> Versions & Licenses.  You will see there is an option there to enter a Jira Core license key.  This can be useful if you want to have users that can access issues in Jira, but don't need features like Agile Boards or Agile reporting that are only available to Jira Software users.
