We have multiple Atlassian accounts and would like to merge them into a central account, how do I go about doing that?

We're on Atlassian OnDemand and we want to migrate accounts used by teams as well as individuals into a centrally managed account. Do you have a guide for doing this sort of migration. We want to move users as well as projects and wikis from confluence.
