We have changed the company name. How do we change the ondemand URL?

We would like to change the URL for OnDemand. How do we go about doing that?

Hi Pawanjit,

Actually is not possible to change OnDemand URL name. As a workaround, you may need to follow the following steps:

1. Signup for a new OD instance using the new domain name.
2. From your old OD instance, you will need to export your data (see:https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Exporting+issues)
3. At the new OD instance, you may need to import back the data you have exported earlier (see:https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Importing+Issues)

Note this is only applicable for JIRA, if you have Confluence as well, I recommend you to raise a new support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com.
